) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police has produced the detenue before this Court, who is aged about 31 years and she has stated that now she is residing with her Sister. Since the the detenue is aged about 31 years, she is having a right to lead her life as per her own wishes. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, setting the detenue at liberty, leaving it open for her to live either with her parents or according to her own volition.
