O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Cr.No.134 of 2015 on 15.06.2015 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and the investigation is in progress.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions from the respondent police submitted that viscera report has not been received from the Forensic Department. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously and take

action in accordance with law. If any closure report is filed, the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the same on the petitioner, so that she can work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
