Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the first respondent to cancel the petition mentioned document.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the first respondent had already passed an order dated 15.06.2022 negativing the petitioner's request. The petitioner has been advised to move the jurisdictional civil Court. The petitioner has to question the said order in the manner known to law. The writ petition has now become infructuous. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

4. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
