ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.31 of 2023, for the offence punishable under Section 66D Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008 INF-C and 120(b), 406, 1/3

420, 465, 468, 471 IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.On 12.04.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the respondent Police to file a report.

3.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners, therefore, the matter was again called in the afternoon. However, there is no representation for the petitioners. The respondent Police has not filed the report. 4.Considering the nature of offence and conduct of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
