Sabapathy aged about fifteen years before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenue, who is a minor girl, aged about fifteen years. We have questioned the minor detenue. Though she was initially reluctant to join with her parents, subsequently, she came before us and she informed us that she is willing to go along with the petitioner / mother. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus petition stands dismissed.
