ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent no.1 to provide adequate protection to the Petitioner's while surveying the petitioner's agriculture land property comprised in Patta No.865 extent of 33 cents it is situated at Survey No.308/26 and Patta No.1039 extent of 30 cents and it is situated at Survey No.308/28 in Orathur village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022.

2.The petitioner has filed an application to survey the property owned property in Patta No.865 to an extent of 33 cents and it is situated in Survey No.308/26 and Patta No.1039 to an extent of 30 cents and it situated in Survey No.308/28 in Orathur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District. The petitioner has also made an application to survey the land before the revenue officials and also paid the requisite fees. However the respondents 2 to 4 are preventing the surveyor to survey the land, therefore he has lodged a complaint on 16.03.2022 seeking police protection from the first respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8129 of 2022 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the Surveyor is directed to survey the land as requested by the petitioner. If the Surveyor feels any hindrance to survey the land belonging to the petitioner, he can very well seek police protection before the first respondent. If any complaint lodged by the Surveyor while surveying the land seeking police protection, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after conducting enquiry with the respondents 3 to 4 herein.

4.With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
