(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) Alleging that the detenue is under the custody of the third respondent, the present petition has been filed. 2.The detenue has been produced before us. We have enquired her. She stated that she was away form the petitioner on her own. She further stated that she is at present living with the petitioner.

matter pending except directing the second respondent police to proceed further with the investigation in Crime Nos.133 and 134 of 2017 and file final reports within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
