O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the property situated in Plot No.41, measuring 4920 sq.feet at Thamil Nagar, Comprised in R.S.No.171 at Neelagiri Thrukku Thottam Vattam, Lakshathoppu Village, Tanjore Taluk, Tanjore District in the name of Legal Heirs of Mrs.Ezhilmalar Ramadoss.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
