ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.444 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.120 of 2017, dated 10.10.2018 on the 1/3

file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, granting interim maintenance.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,30.01.2024), the learned counsel on either side would submit that the main petition in H.M.O.P.No.120 of 2017, after full trial, has been allowed vide judgment dated 25.03.2022, with a direction to pay permanent alimony and that the revision petitioner has already filed an appeal and the same is pending in C.M.A(MD)No.696 of 2022 on the file of this Court and they have also produced the copy of the order in H.M.O.P.No.120 of 2017.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
