ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct a fair and proper investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.58 of 2014 dated 29.11.2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2014, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
