ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(C) r/w 20(b) (ii)(B)of NDPS Act in Crime No.210 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been arrested on 18.06.2021. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Counsel (Crl.side), no further orders can be passed in this petition.
