Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner applied for issuance of patta. It was rejected by the third respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed appeal before the second respondent.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
