Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer in Na.Ka.No.3484/Aa/2014 dated 29.01.2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal to the extent of the transferring the petitioner from Pavithram to Uppidamangalam and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
