3.P.Malayappan : Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's minor daughter (detenue) namely Nagalakshmi, aged about 17 years before this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Chandrakumar For Respondents 1 & 2 : Mr.T.Mohan, A.P.P.

Respondents 3 : Mr.K.Kannan

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM) The petitioner is the father of the detenue, who is aged about 17 years, on the date on which, she went missing. 2.She would state that she had gone to Karur and now, she has been brought before this Court by the respondent police. When we counselled her, she admitted her mistake and she is willing to join with her aunt (father's sister) being afraid that her father and mother would beat her on account of her conduct. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.We have counselled the petitioner as well as the petitioner's sister (aunt of the detenue) that they should take

good care of the detenue and they have assured that they will take good care and not meet out any harassment.
