[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter and to hand over her custody to her. 2.The detenue was produced before this Court on 09.08.2017 and the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and a report has been received from the Mediation Centre that the Mediation could not succeed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.There is no illegal detention involved as even during the mediation the detenue, who is a major, has refused to go with the petitioner.
4.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
