*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This petitioner is the brother of the detenue, who is aged about 52 years and allegedly detained by the private respondents. To produce her before this Court, this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.The respondent police have secured and produced the detenue before us. When we questioned her, she has stated that nobody has detained her and she on her own volition went away from the house of the petitioner and now she is willing to go along with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
