PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to pass an order directing the learned Joint Commissioner HR & CE, Sivagangai to number the original petition filed by the petitioner against the respondent which was finally returned on 08.08.2022 in A.Thi.Mu.No.390/2022/E1 and try the same in accordance with law.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned Joint Commissioner HR & CE, Sivagangai to number the original petition filed by the petitioner against the respondent which was finally returned on 08.08.2022 in A.Thi.Mu.No.390/2022/E1.

2.It appears that the Registry has numbered the case as Civil Revision Petition. In my view, no Civil Revision Petition is maintainable against the Commissioner of HR & CE under the provision of HR & CE Act, 1959. Therefore, the Registry is directed to return the originals to the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to file a petition as Writ Petition.
3.With the above liberty, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
