ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.5 of 2023 and to file final report, within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that totally 115 victims are there and a sum of Rs.4.07 Crores is involved in this case. Further, he submits that properties were identified and a proposal was also sent to the Revenue Authorities for the purpose of attachment.
3.In view of the above development in the investigation, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the further investigation in Cr.No.5 of 2023, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
