ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register the document presented by the 1/4

petitioner for registration without insisting for the production of original parent document in the light of the order made by this Court in M.Ariyanachi-Vs-The Inspector General of Registration made in W.A(MD).No.856 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 within time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of M.Ariyanachi-Vs-The Inspector General of Registration in W.A(MD).No.856 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
