PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam to pass orders on the petition filed under Section 173

(8) of CrPS on merits and to instruct the Respondent Police to conduct further investigation into the matter in the manner known to law and file additional charge sheet after recovery of the petitioner's jewels.
