O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey and demarcate the boundary to the lands bearing Survey Nos.1693/2A, 1693/2B, 1693/3A, 1763/11, 1763/13 and 1763/14 situated at Moolaikaraipatti - Part 2, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District and provide adequate police protection by the 3rd respondent police while https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surveying the above said lands by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2018 pending before the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the first respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
