ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, have filed this petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 17.03.2024, since no case has been made out as against the petitioners.
