O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action and dispose of his complaint, dated 19.10.2024 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.10.2024 and forwarded the same to District Crime Branch, Trichy-I and it is pending for enquiry. Already they have issued summons to both parties and they will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of 15 days.
3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition without issuing notice to the private respondents.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his complaint and now the same is pending before the District Crime Branch, Trichy-I, it is appropriate to direct the 1st respondent to insist the District Crime Branch, Trichy-I to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same. 5.In view of the same, this Court hereby directs the 1st respondent to insist the District Crime Branch, Trichy I to conduct enquiry and dispose the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.10.2024 within a period of 15 days from the date of this order in accordance with law.
6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
