Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.302 of 2014 and direct the respondent to file the final report within a stipulated time, this petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
