O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the future false complaint of the fourth respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner is not maintainable, since the petitioner has filed this petition on mere apprehension that he will be harassed at the hands of the respondent police in future. He further submitted that as on date no case is pending as against the petitioner.

3.Recording the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is libale to be rejected. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
