ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 24.01.2019 in I.A.No.166 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.259 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin.
2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of H.M.O.P.No.259 of 2015 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the Hindu Marriage Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.259 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin was transferred to the Family Court, Tuticorin on 16.12.2019 and it was newly numbered as O.P.No.411 of 2020 and the same was dismissed on 04.10.2021.
3. In view of the above, as already the Hindu Marriage Original Petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
