*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition to produce her minor daughter/detenue, aged about 17 years.

2.The respondent police have secured her and produced her before us. When we questioned her, she has admitted that she has eloped with one other person and they have stayed at Coimbatore. The respondent police have registered a case against the person with whom the detenue has eloped. The matter is under investigation and the person who has eloped with the detenue was remanded to judicial custody. When we questioned her, she appears to have realized her mistake and she is willing to go along with her father.

3.Thus, We find that there is no illegal detention and it is a case of elopement. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
