When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.447 of 2011, on the file of the second respondent, appears to have been settled between the petitioner / de facto complainant and the accused, before the Lok Adalat, conducted on 12.09.2015, in the Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / de facto complainant strongly refuted the same.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner / de facto complainant to approach the Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram District, and take action in accordance with law.
