ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He further submitted that the sixth respondent herein has also filed a suit in O.S.No.205 of 2015 before the District Munsif Court, Ambasamudhram and the petitioner herein, who is a party to the suit, will work out his remedy in the said suit. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
