ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner impeaches the appointment of the fourth respondent for the post of Village Assistant for the Village of Pangaiyathankudi Village. The said post has been earmarked for MBC/DNC-NP. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community. The petitioner contends that while he is resident of the Village, the fourth respondent is a non-resident. The fact remains that the fourth respondent is the resident of the taluk. I carefully went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. No case for interference has been made out.
