This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action for execution of warrant issued by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pudukkottai in E.A.No. 25/2023 in C.C.No. 12/2023 dated 19.01.2024 as against the 3rd respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the warrant was issued for appearance of the 3rd respondent on 28.03.2024. When the respondent police approached the 3rd respondent, he has stated that he has already filed an appeal. Therefore, they could not execute the warrant. Now, the time fixed for the warrant was lapsed. If any fresh warrant is issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pudukkottai in E.A.No. 25/2023 in C.C.No. 12/2023, they will take appropriate action. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the earlier warrant was issued for a particular date, it is for the petitioner to obtain a fresh warrant from the District Consumer Disputes Redressal 2/4

Forum, Pudukkottai in E.A.No. 25/2023 in C.C.No. 12/2023 and if any fresh warrant is issued, then the 2nd respondent has to execute the warrant in accordance with law.

4.With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
