This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as of now, no petition/enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4.It is made clear that in the absence of complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
