Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.No.50/2021 dated 28.04.2021, in detaining the detenue under Section 2(f) of the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenue, namely Vinoth @ Vinoth Kumar, S/o.Kaliyamoorthy, Male, aged about 40 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

H.C.P.(MD) No.749 of 2021 Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 18.06.2021, the detention order has been revoked.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
