ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta by subdividing the Survey Nos.101/4 and 101/3 situated at B. Ammapatti Village Majara, Chillamarathupatti, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025.

2. Originally, one Ganesan was the owner of the properties, which the petitioner purchased the property in Survey Nos. 101/4 and 101/3 from the said Ganesan through a registered sale deed dated 05.06.2025, vide Document No. 2967 of 2025. The petitioner purchased an extent of 10 cents of land, excluding 12 cents already sold by the said Ganesan. Hence, the petitioner seeks subdivision of the property and issuance of a separate patta.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation. However, he ought to file an online application and pay the requisite fees. Therefore, the same will be considered.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit an online 2/4

application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance to law, within a period eight weeks therefrom.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
