ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision petition preferred by the petitioner, dated 06.08.2020.

2. Heard Mr.S.Rajasekar, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Ramesh, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the material documents available on record.

3. This Court without going into the merits of the case, directing the 1st respondent to consider the revision petition, dated 06.08.2020 as per Provisions of Law and pass orders, within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. In view of the above terms, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
