ORDER
The petitioner has sought for issuance of patta and in this regard, he has made an application dated 05.03.2024 to the third respondent. However, when the writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate would submit that though the petitioner has purchased an extent of 3157 square feet, an extent of 1578 square feet alone falls within the Adiyanoothu village and the remaining 1579 square feet falls within the Thottanoothu village, which is not reflected in the registered document in favour of the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, the third respondent shall consider the entitlement of the petitioner in terms of the registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner and process the same and issue patta. It is open to the petitioner to seek rectification of sale deed in other village and thereafter, approach for additional patta.
