PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.331 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.02.2023 for the offences under sections 454,457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.331 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/accused entered into the house of the defacto complainant and committed theft of gold ornaments worth about Rs.12,62,500/-, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 14 similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
