ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take further action based on the petitioner's representations dated 18.05.2023, 25.05.2023 and 20.03.2024, within a time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.356 of 2023. Since the complaint was civil in nature, the same was closed on 19.05.2023 with a direction to the parties to approach the Civil Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
