This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 17.04.2018 against the third respondent within stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.209 of 2018 on 28.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(1) IPC. The copy of the said First Information Report is also produced before this Court. 3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
