ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.1 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are an innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4.The defacto complainant is present before this Court. A sum of Rs.4,00,000/- has been given by way of Demand Draft to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ defacto complainant. The defacto complainant has also received the same before this Court. The defacto complainant has no objections

for closing this FIR. Accordingly, a direction is given to the respondent to close the FIR. The closure report shall be filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks. 5.Since a direction is given to close the FIR, the question of grant of anticipatory bail does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
