O R D E R

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that they had preferred Writ Appeal and 1/4

the same was dismissed. In the meanwhile, the employee died. Therefore, this Court has issued direction to the respondent to disburse all the benefits to the Legal heirs of the deceased employee.

2. The Legal heirs of the deceased employee are directed to submit the death certificate and Legal heir certificate and all the relevant records to the respondent, within a period of Four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the Order. Thereafter, the respondent is directed to disburse the same, within a period of Eight weeks, thereafter.

3. With the above directions, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased employee to reopen this Contempt, if there is any default in payment.
