ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.353 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. 3.Mr.Naresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the intervener submits that the petitioners showed disrespect to the deity by entering the temple premises with their footwear. When this was objected by the Poojari, he was assaulted.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are also devout Hindus and that they did not indulge in any act as alleged.

5.Taking note of the fact that no one suffered any injury in this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
