ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Crime No.380 of 2018 has been registered on the file of Dindigul Town West Police Station following the suicide committed by one Nanthini under Sections 306 and 304(B) of IPC against the petitioners in both the petitions.

2.The deceased Nanthini was married to one Poovendiran hardly three months ago i.e., on 07.04.2018. This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report. It appears there from that the suicide was triggered by the act of desertion on the part of Poovendiran/husband of Nanthini. Therefore, Crl.O.P.(MD). No.10565 of 2018 filed by Poovendiran is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.There are no allegations against the in-laws of the deceased. Therefore, this Court inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10566 of 2018 with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10566 of 2018 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

4.The petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10566 of 2018 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
