[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue and father of the minior detenue.

2. The respondent - Police produced the detenue before this Court and when we questioned the detenue, in no uncertain terms she stated that she does not wish to join with the petitioner and she has not been kidnapped by the fourth respondent and she is leading a peaceful life by herself.

3. Thus, we find that it is not a case of illegal detention, but appears to be a matrimonial dispute. Therefore, we close the habeas corpus petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for necessary relief.
