ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 387 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.456 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case no injury was caused to anyone and the petitioner is not having any previous case. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Sivakasi, and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
