ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry without any complaint. Therefore, he sent a representation, dated 24.03.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. There is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and one Pornaselvan. Now, the respondents received intelligence report that the petitioner is making preparation to commit murder of the said Pornaselvan. Therefore, based on the intelligence report, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) that they have not harassed the petitioner and only called the petitioner for enquiry purpose, is inclined to close this petition.
