The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 09.07.2015 given by the petitioner to remove the 3rd respondent's name and issue fresh patta in the name of the Petitioner in respect of the property bearing S.No 365/1C situated in Athanur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
