ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 511 I.P.C., r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act, 1957, in Crime No.70 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent points out that the petitioner is having eighteen previous cases. Out of which five pertains to sand theft. The vehicle in question has also been recovered.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
