This petition is filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.03.2016.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.03.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. The 2nd respondent police is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
