ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.30 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The de-facto complainant is a senior citizen aged more than 60 years. The petitioner on account of loan dispute had murderously assaulted the de-facto complainant on his head. 3.Taking into account the brutal nature of the act committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
